Policies
As all lanterns, sconces, or chandeliers are handmade to order,
we require a 50% down payment with the balance due at time of shipment.
We will call with expected ship date.
Shipments
are plus 11% for shipping, handling, packaging, and insurance costs.
Shipments of certain large chandeliers are via truck and incur additional
expense. Shipment costs as well as applicable sales tax will be
added to balance due and will be processed at the time of shipment.
Shipments to Massachusetts residents are plus 5% sales tax.
All
orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground. Please call us at 800 899-2660
for any external or internal damage, at which time we will issue
a UPS call tag to pick-up and return merchandise to us at our expense
and the Nauset Lantern Shop will handcraft a new product to ship
to you.

information you enter on our website is held in the strictest confidence
and is never shared or sold to a third party.

e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration
date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify
you of your order status. We DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR TRADE ANY INFORMATION
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

When you place orders we offer the use of a secure server. The secure
server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before
it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect
is protected against unauthorized access.
